The economy might be heading in the direction of recovery, but the jobs are lagging behind according to the Federal Reserve’s Beige Book; a study which tracks economic activity. Entrepreneurs are experiencing a surge in optimism in 2010 according to a new survey from the American City Business Journals. Although the economy is still struggling, it doesn’t mean that starting a new business is a bad idea. The Kauffman Foundation which tracks entrepreneurs says such a climate can be a breeding ground for success.
