Resolution includes the development of an executable action plan focused on those issues and problems.

- Advanced Prep - Advanced preparation for important meetings -- with a client, business partner, team member, your boss, or for an important job interview
- Annual Review and Compensation Negotiation - Preparation for your annual performance review, including negotiating for a raise, bonus and/or positioning yourself for a future increase in compensation
- Interpersonal Relationship Issues - Resolving a complex and/or highly important business and interpersonal relationship matter
- New Leadership Position - Transitioning effectively into a new leadership position -- at a new company or at an existing employer
- Outside Sounding Board - Serving as an outside sounding board on important business or personal matters
- Making High-Risk Decisions - Helping you think through and make important, complex and high risk business decisions
- Social Media and Networking Strategies - Helping develop social media and professional networking strategies and/or implementation of those strategies
- Goal-Setting - Conducting goal-setting sessions focused on development of 30/60/90-day goals, annual goals or other goal horizons
- Networking Events - Preparation for an upcoming networking event; helping you maximize your results and achieve your networking objectives
- Role-Playing Sessions - Practicing the delivery of an important message or decision, or preparation for an important meeting
One-on-one Coaching is available as follows:
- 15 minute call for $75
- 30 minute call for $125
- 60 minute call for $225
- 90 minute call for $325
- Full session, In-Person, w/Follow-up for $475
